Relational Based Mental Health Support

Healing isn’t about fixing something broken—it’s about uncovering the clarity and resilience already present within you.

My approach combines Western psychology with Buddhist psychology and meditation practices. Therapy can be a space for deep healing, insight, and transformation—but for many, traditional talk therapy alone doesn’t feel like enough.

Therapy with me involved about using mindfulness, self-inquiry, the relationship, and therapeutic approaches to cultivate lasting change.

You already have the wisdom and love you seek—the challenge is uncovering it.

Healing is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about familiarizing yourself with what has always been whole.

Growth isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about recognizing and releasing the patterns that obscure our natural clarity, presence, and qualities of heart & mind.

Together we’ll take a strengths-based approach to healing, rooted in the understanding that wisdom, love, and resilience are already here.

This work is deeply personal to me. I’ve had my own journey through anxiety, depression, addiction, and healing, and I bring that understanding into every session.

Therapy with me involved about using mindfulness, self-inquiry, the relationship, and therapeutic approaches to cultivate lasting change.

Therapy and meditation can be entirely separate practices and I work with clients in both ways. For some, therapy is the primary focus, while others seek a blend of therapeutic support and meditative practice. My goal is to meet you where you are and offer the tools that best support your healing and growth.

Therapy Support for Partners

Working with partner relationships is about fostering strong communication, healthy conflict resolution, and mutual support of needs, goals, and interests.

In partner sessions, I help bring awareness to the many layers of each partner’s experience so that everyone is heard and understood. Partners sessions are open to those in polyamorous partnerships and those who are working through fluid changes in their sexuality and gender identity.

Together, we can uncover any patterns of dysfunction and co-create supportive ways of inter-being.

How do I begin?

To get started, book a free initial 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit for one another.

We’ll discuss what kind of support you’re looking for and what it could look like to work together. If we’re not a cohesive fit for each other I’ll do my best to support you with additional resources.

  • I am beyond grateful for the support and guidance I've received from working with Noel. When I started therapy, I felt overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. Noel has provided me with the tools and insights needed to navigate life's challenges with confidence and clarity. Through our sessions, I've developed a deeper understanding of myself, learned how to manage my emotions, and gained a greater sens of control over my mental health. Our work together has allowed me to explore difficult emotions and situations that I had been avoiding for years.

  • My partner and I attended couples' therapy with Noel over the course of several months. We both felt comfortable with Noel from the beginning and found him to be warm, thoughtful, gentle, kind and lighthearted. He never took sides, which made it easier for both of us to open up, and this really helped us understand each other's motivations and needs. We came to look forward to our sessions with Noel.

    Therapy Client (partners)

  • Noel is a compassionate, direct and attuned healing guide and psychotherapist. His knowledge of Dharma and mindfulness, as well as deep training in theory and body-based practices allow him to meet me where I am at, respond thoughtfully, and hold the space for me to arrive at my own wisdom. With his support I have thrived through some very dark times.
